Hope you all aren't suffering from Halloween last night! I had a nice day and peaceful night and I enjoyed my spooky evening. Here's just a quick update about me and my shop.

I'm alive! And I have some news:

I will not be getting any more new memo pads! Like, EVER. So if there is one that you would like, get it now because I will stop selling them! In fact, to help me get rid of them, I have a SALE! Get ten memo pads (large or mini) and get $1 off of your bill or $1 refund.

I am:

*Selling stickers, sacks, sheets, grabbies, etc
*Doing special orders
*Raising money for myself for once because my university bill put me in debt and I want to go to France because that’s my minor.
*Needing to get my house cleaned out anyway.
*Working on items for my etsy store, which has been severely neglected. D:
*Taking suggestions to better my selection and my service.
* SELLING SOME OF MY PERSONAL COLLECTION!! D: I will be sad to see it go, but circumstances are what they are.
*NOT TAKING TRADES! Sorry... :(

Random info about products:

*I will not be getting any more memo pads, and I will probably not get many more letter sets either.
*Single and packs lettersets getting their photos retaken and will be back in a bit with a sale.
*Same goes for the memo sets and mini memo sets.
*Prices on the random stuff / garage sale items are negotiable and I might be willing to give them for free with other items that you pay for.
*Like I said, 10 memo pads, mini or regular, used or new, that are paid for I will give you $1 in a refund -or- off of your bill total.
*I am also working on compiling some stationary grabbies if anyone seems interested.
*I take paypal, money order, personal check, and yes, even cash. Please see my FAQ!

Don't forget about the new Punch Cards!

There are lots of easy ways to get points for your punch card, which you can redeem for cash off of your purchase! Check my transaction page to see if you already have one, or check my newest page to see how easy it is to get one!!

I also have a flicr account. If you would like to know what it is, please send me a private message or comment in my journal.

I have a bazillion messages AAHHH! DX

I will try to catch up this weekend though. :3 Please be patient...

Oh yeah, I drew this because my crappolicious hand-me-down imac decided to die. XP S I had to take it in and get rebooted and whatever, so I haven't been able to do anything. ANYTHING. I've had to do all of my computing at school and I only get a 2 hour limit and it's spent completely on homework.

So don't feel like I'm ignoring you. Every day I feel worse and worse that I can't talk to anyone. Grr...

Basically:

Serious and Real Buyers ONLY!
~ If you leave me a post just to try it out and walk away if you don't like it, you will be labeled as a deadbeat because doing stuff like that is highly aggravating. And I'm not the only seller who thinks so.
~ Have the money ready with the absolutely full intention of paying for your items. If you don't have the money then you can't pay me so you'll just end up wasting both of our time.
~ I don't have the time or the gas money to run back and forth to the post office to stand in line with your items packaged, over and over again because you want to check how much shipping is every time you change your mind. I have a detailed section on shipping and handling and the charges therein so read it before you ask me "how much is shipping???"
~ If you do not have at least one post in your journal in the last six months then I may not sell to you.
~ If you are already in the black list of another seller or community I will not sell to you at all.
~ I do not give refunds and I do not make exchanges for almost any reason. If you chose not to insure your package then there is no way I'm going to fork over my own money for you.
~ 100% of my profits actually goes to animal shelters and rehabilitation centers. I don't keep the money I make, although I don't usually "make" any money anyway. So remember that when you are trying to scam me into getting your stickers and your money back. You're not only making it difficult in my life, but there could have been a dyeing kitten out there who could have easily been saved if you weren't such a prick.
~ Some international countries may REQUIRE registration, and others I may not sell to at all. It's not YOU, it's your country's terrible reputation for loosing or stealing or withholding packages at customs.

NO ADVERTISING IN MY JOURNAL!

Im getting pretty sick of people posting their advertisements in my journal. Nobody sees them but me because I screen my comments, but they are still spam. Therefor, from now on, if anyone advertises their website or store in a post in my journal they will not only be deleted but the user and their IP address will be banned from my journal forever.

BUT if you have a store or a place where you keep feedback, then you may post the specific page that the feedback you want me to put in your journal is when you leave me a feedback post. If you abuse my feedback with ads then you will be banned. Or if you are interested in a banner exchange with me then let me know!

Otherwise...

I'm actually a nice person who likes to know that
you like your new kawaii stationaries. I like what I sell and I think you will like it to!
Mostly I don't have problems with anybody and I like having a selling journal.
And I'm happy to assist you in any way possible, and if you have any questions,
don't be shy, ask before you buy, and I will be happy to hold onto your items
until you have made a good decision.

Still Have a Question?

The Order Form Template

PLEASE READ THE Frequently Asked Questions BEFORE YOU ORDER or ASK ME ANYTHING!
That would be super.

If you are having a hard time seeing the tiny font, copy and paste the FAQ into a word processing program on your computer or enlarge the fonts with your internet options.

F.A.Q.:

I'm not sure about this, can I fill out an order form and then not pay for it?
*That is extremely rude to tell someone you are going to do something and then walk away without a single word. If you have no intention of paying, or if you don't have enough money, then don't bother me. Putting down an order form with me means that you have read the rules and have the full intention of paying for your items within 3 days, but if you don't pay me then you will be considered a deadbeat which means your name will be put down in my deadbeat list as well as ReportThem, and any other community focussed on making sure that deadbeats and scammers are put to a stop.

Will you send me an e-mail so we can talk that way?
*I'd really prefer to chat with private messaging or through comments in a thread in my livejournal. I have found that e-mailing takes a super long time and people often disappear when they make me work to chase after them with e-mails.

How can I keep my information private?
*As always, my comments are screened so no one will see your information. If you would like to, you may send me a private message.

What forms of payment can I use?
*I prefer paypal funds. If you live in the US, I am willing to take these forms of payment: Paypal, personal check, money order, cash. If you live outside of the US I can only take paypal, except Canada from whom I can take a money order from as well.

When is payment due?
*Generally, payment is due within 3 days of when I invoice your paypal e-mail, or when a total of all of your items and shipping is presented to you. During a pre-order, if all you order is pre-order items, then your payment is due before 4 days before the ordering date (right now, that is Sept 9th), which means, you can't START an e-check on the ninth, because it won't clear - you'd have to start an e-check no later than Sep 1.
*HOWEVER, during the pre-order, if you are interested in one of my items in stock then your payment due date is 36 hours of the invoice and you can only pay with paypal funds.
*If you are paying with anything other than paypal funds, then you should pay as soon as possible, and you have a grace period of 10 business days from the time I invoice you.
*These two statements are void if you order less than 4 days before the pre-order date, then your payment is due in no less than 24 hours before the pre-order date.

What about e-checks?
*Regularly, I don't mind e-checks, but they do take about 10 business days to clear even though Paypal states that it will clear before then. So, if you're paying with an e-check then be aware that I won't ship until payment is cleared and sometimes the cleared payment takes a while.
*For a Pre-Order, If you pay with an e-check then make sure to start your payment ASAP so that the e-check will be cleared in time for the pre-order. If it's not then I will hold over your items until the next pre-order date. If I run out of pre-order dates, then I will cancel your e-check.

What the heck is an e-check? And for that matter, what's "Paypal funds"?
*An e-check is what you pay with if you don't have enough funds in your paypal account already, so when you pay someone, money comes out of your bank account first and then into paypal. Altogether it takes about 7 to 10 business days. Most people flat out don't accept them because they can be really annoying when the seller is in a hurry.
*Paypal funds is the money balance that's currently in your paypal account. Basically, your Paypal account is funded. If you have enough paypal funds in your paypal account to completely cover the seller's invoice then the seller gets the payment immediately (unless paypal.com is doing some obnoxious maintenance).

And what about Paypal Credit Card? (or CC Paypal)
* You have the choice of having your backup funding be a credit card with paypal. I don't want your credit card info, but if you have one, you can sign it up with your paypal account. That way, it's an immediate payment that acts the same way to me as if you had paypal funds. However, the issues with having and using a credit card is up to you.

Can you send me an invoice?
*I will send you an invoice to the e-mail that you gave me as your paypal e-mail, or I will let you know through the comment thread or private messaging. I will let you know what your total is somehow.

Will I get any freebies?
*Yes! Everyone who orders will get a special little treat from me personally! :) Each person will get something different and it will be a surprise as to what it is. However, the more items you buy, the nicer the surprise will be.

Can I get a discount?
*Nope. I don't get a discount for these items and I cant afford to take money out of my pocket. The closest thing you can get to a discount is the point-punch card system, which you should check out. However, sometimes my items are on sale. ^-^

Can I order stuff for my friend?
*Yes, but since you are the one ordering, the payment due date is still the same. If you want your items shipped to two different places then you have to pay for shipping twice, but if they are all going to the same place then you only have to pay for shipping once. It can all be in one invoice.

Do your prices include shipping?
Nope.

How much is shipping?
*I get this question a lot, especially in comments posted in my journal without a single speck of any other information! No items, no country, nothing... just... "how much is shipping?" I'm not sure what people who post this lonely yet loaded question are thinking; am I just supposed to guess? ^-^ but seriously...
*It depends on how much the package weighs, what kind of packaging I have to use for your items and how much they cost, and I include the price of delivery confirmation and a small paypal fee (even if you have funds, because my paypal is business). Plus I have to pay for gas, other packaging supplies and such, but it's not like I'm trying to extort people; I think my prices are fair and I always try to get my customers the best price for their package as possible.
*The minimum shipping price you will pay is $2.99 with paypal. The minimum price for shipping with other payments is $1 (which equals two stamps and an envelope).
*Priority mail within the US costs a minimum of $6.75. Again, this helps cover the cost of everything aforementioned.
*International shipping prices widely vary, and skyrocket with more added weight, so I suggest that international customers start with small packages.
*For Greece, Italy, France, and Africa, all packages totaled over $20, and everywhere else outside of the US (excluding Canada) with a total over $75 are REQUIRED to get available tracking and insurance (Registered Mail) which will cost more.

Can I get a shipping quote before you invoice me?
*Please no. Because people often try to trick me by getting a quote and then adding more items - which makes the package heavier so shipping costs more, but they insist that it's still the same as the first quote. I have mentioned that there is a minimum shipping amount up to about a certain amount and it depends whether you want priority or not, or what kind of packaging would work best for you, or if you live in the US or not. Plus, it always takes a looooot longer to complete the transaction because I'm always waiting on the buyer to make up their mind whether they want to pay that much or not because they probably don't understand what goes into shipping costs in the first place. And I don't have gas money to waste driving all the way down to the post office and back every two minutes.
*If you are really super unsure then you can ask, and I will give you a GUESTIMATE - which means it could be more or it could be less, (and I usually over-guess to be on the safe side)... but, basically, it's not my favorite thing to do.

Do I have to get delivery confirmation?
*Yes. Except for cash payments, every other kind of payment will have to get delivery confirmation for their package. I will not budge on this issue so if you don't want to pay for it, then don't order from me, or pay with cash.

Can I get insurance?
*Yes. It costs extra depending on your location and the value of your items, but I think it usually costs about $2 to $5. If you get something fragile you may consider insurance, but generally most customers forego this extra expense. BUT, if you order more than $100 worth of items then I will add it on.

How long will it take to ship?
*I have found that in the US, shipping can take up to two weeks, but sometimes less than that. Outside of the US I have found that shipping can take as much as two months but usually less than that. With priority mail the post office guarantees that it will be delivered within 3 days, but a couple of times it took 4 or 5 days. Remember, the post office is active on business days and in some cities on Saturdays too. And of course, minus all holidays.

I see, so how long will it take you to get my stuff to the post office?
*Usually (and I say, usually), I get to the post office with your packaged stuff in about three days. But I give myself as much as 7 to 10 business days to get your items to the post office. If you paid for express or priority, then I do my best to get to the post office within one or two days.
*And just so you know, I never EVER ship anything until payment is completely cleared; which also means that I wait for 2 weeks on personal checks or I wait until paypal gives me the go-ahead on e-checks.

Hi, I was just wondering if you sent my items yet?
*Probably. If your name is not on the transaction page, or if you paid with paypal and there isn't a delivery confirmation or declarations number then I'm glad you asked and I will be happy to see what I can do.
*This question usually pops up because the package is taking a longer time than usual. On occasion it's because I waited my full 7 to 10 business days to ship off your item, as expressed that I'm allowed to have. But mostly it's because the package just takes forever, and then the next day after someone asks the question they get their items! I think people are actually psychic and they know their stuff is getting ever closer to delivery. #`-`#

Where's my stuff? I expected it in my hands within 3 days of payment!
*First of all, I'm most likely to use parcel post which the USPS says it takes about 7 business days to arrive. If you want priority mail, the USPS says it will get to where it's going in 3 business days. Second of all, during a pre-order I won't be able to go to the post office and drop off your items until I get them from the supplier - that usually takes about 7 to 10 days from the date of [my] payment [to them], and then I have to repackage everything and send it, so form there it will be about 7 to 10 more business days to get to you. And you will have to wait during the time before the pre-order date and of course that depends how close you pay according to that date. Remember the delivery confirmation? Sometimes the mailman is nice enough to scan it along the way to your home, so sometimes it shows up on the USPS.com website during it's travels.

*If you live in outside of the US, then you can expect that your package could take as much as a month to reach you, but as little as a couple of weeks. On that matter, some people think their items are lost when in reality, may be stuck in customs. I get a customs declaration number for even the smallest order, so if you really want to, you can call your local post office with the number and ask them where your package is. If your package does get stuck in customs, then it's not my responsibility to pay for any customs fees for you - you have to do that - and if you don't then I wont give you your money back for the items either, because they are just stuck waiting for YOU to pay for them.

My stuff got trashed in the mail, or maybe it's lost, can I get my money back?
*I have never actually gotten a complaint like that before, because I am careful to package your items carefully and sturdily- remember, that's partly what you are paying for in the shipping charge. But my answer would be no because if the mailman completely ignores the DON'T BEND OR FOLD, and bends your stuff (even though I put cardboard in it), or the mailmen crush it underneath a rock, or if they throw it in the wrong airplane and loose it - none of it is my fault, and it's not fair to make me pay for that. If you are paranoid about crushed or lost stuff, then let me know and either you can pay more for packaging and supplies and/or even get insurance.

I don't like what I got, can I get my money back?
*Nope, sorry. If you are unsure about an item then you may not want to get it at all. I don't take returns for buyer's remorse for my regular store, and I can't buy back your item from you because then I would have to resell it. You should ask me about an item before you buy it because it's not my fault that you were unclear but didn't bother to understand what you are buying before you bought it, and it's completely unfair that I would have to pay for your mistake like that.

What's a pre-order?
*A pre-order means that I have a selection of items that I think people would be interested in, then the customer picks out the items they want, pays for them, and then I order the items. When the items get to me then I repackage them into everyone's separate orders and send them off!

Who is allowed to order in this pre-order?
*Anyone is welcome to participate, including non-LJers. However, non-Livejournal users will be expected to pay only with paypal funds and must pay within 2 days of ordering.

When are the ordering dates for the pre-order?
*Not currently having a pre-order.

Where are the items now and how will they get to me?
*For a pre-order, the supplier I will get these items from is very reliable, and I have had very successful orders form this person for years and I trust that you will get your items. The supplier also usually send out their items quickly, so you should get your items in about two weeks, three at the most, (if you live in the US) from the date that I have ordered on.
*From me, I have the items with me so I can sell them directly to you.

What if the supplier doesn't have the item I paid for?
* If it turns out that they have run out of the items you paid for, I will reimburse you fully for that item, and in the case of if you only bought one item, then I will also reimburse shipping. First come, first serve, so if the supplier does run out of items, then the items will go to the first person who paid for the items, and then I will reimburse then second person for the items. I do not expect that this will happen though!

What if my payment doesn't get to you before 24 of the pre-order date?
*In that case, your order will be held over for two more weeks until the next pre-order date. But if your order is even later than the second pre-order date then I will have to just send you your money back, or you can use it for something else (like a gift card or other merchandise), or if you still want your items from the pre-order, then I will special order for you for an extra $5 charge.
*For those reasons, I HIGHLY suggest that you pay for your pre-order as soon as possible.

Can I get this stuff without having to wait for the pre-order dates and whatever?
*Yes, you may - however, because I am paying for the shipping for these pre-orders myself, I only have enough to do two pre-orders. What you are asking for is a Special Order, and in which case you will have to pay an extra $5 shipping fee (maybe more, depending on where I find the item).

Can I order some of the pre-order / special order items and/or some of what you have currently in stock?
*Yes. Remember that you will have to follow the rules for special orders and pre-orders where applicable.

Do you have anything else that's not pictured here?
*Suppliers often have much, MUCH more items to choose from, but I didn't want my pages to be endless, so if you want something more particular then you can tell me about it and I will see if I can find it. Be specific! My pre-order or special order lists includes what I believe are the cutest and most tasteful items, but of course I realize that everyone's tastes for kawaii stationary differ.
*As for my current stock, other than what's posted, don't ask for anything else. 6_6; I do have a flickr account where I show my personal collection that's not for sale.

How do I make an order form?
*First of all, copy and past the order form into a text document on your computer, like stickies, notepad, apple or microsoft word. Then fill out the appropriate information. Use the fist name that you will be using to pay with, use your paypal e-mail if you are paying with paypal, although if you are not paying with paypal then another contact e-mail would be nice. If you live in the US, you only need to type in what state and zip code. If you live outside of the US, please let me know what Country, province/state and postal code. If you were recommended by someone to order from me, please type in their active livejournal name. If you weren't, then you can leave it blank or you can type in how you found me, such as "google search" or "community livejournal kawaii selling journal." Then copy the number and price of the item, not the whole name of the item. such as: large memo pad#5 $6. Include the choice of item when applicable. Please list your items as a list, not a chunk of words.
*After you have looked at, revised, and approved of your final order form, then copy it and paste it into a new comment at the bottom of this page.

Well, anyway, that was a very informative and entertaining F.A.Q.; Im glad I read it. But what about this new Point-Punch Card system you keep talking about?
*You can get a card (handmade by myself) which I will punch once for every point you get. Then you can redeem the punch-points for cash off of your order! Sweet treats! Each card can hold up to 30 punches. Each point is worth one punch off of your card and worth 5 pennies off of your next purchase.
_*How to Earn Points:
1) When you order, make a claim that someone recommended you.
2) Be the person who recommended a customer.
3) Leave me feedback - any feedback! Good, Bad, Neutral. By buying, selling, or trading with me.
4) EXTRA POINTS:
...a) You (and the recommendee) can each get double points for an order to be equal or more to $30, and then another point for you if the total is at least $50, then $70, then $90! (not including shipping, and not for any pre-order item $ total - this is just for in-stock items)
...b) Even if you don't spend a bunch of money, you can still earn extra points by recommending me to your friends (as long as your friends say so and actually purchase from me)
...c) If you leave me feedback 5 times, you will get an extra punch, and every 5th time after that too!
...d) You will get an extra punch if you donate to this month’s charity box; either for every $5 you give that will go straight to this months charity box, or for every $5 worth of kawaii stationary that you won't mind me reselling (there's a bonus there too - you will get you lj name declaring that you donated it!)
_*Redeeming Points:
1) You can only get points for the item $$ amount, not shipping $$ amount.
2) You can use only as much as two full cards full of punches per purchase.
3) You don't have to wait until the punch card is full to redeem the points, you an use them any time you want to! (You can check how many points you have by taking a peek at the transaction page)
4) You can also trade in (and often trade up) your card for a surprise grab-bag of stationary goodies!
_*Other:
1) Your points will never expire unless you a) erase your livejournal, or b) become a convicted deadbeat within the livejournal community.
2) When you redeem your points you can't reuse them. But you can get as many more as you'd like.
3) You have to pay for your order before you or the person who recommended you gets any points.
4) Both the recommender and the recommendee MUST BOTH be livejournal users with at least 3 public entries in their livejournals within the last 6 months of the order.
5) The orderer (or customer, or recommender) MUST be logged in when ordering or leaving feedback.
6) Your point-punch card will be written on with your livejournal name, so be consistent.
7) You can share points to purchase stuff, but both parties must contact me so I know that you both agreed to do so, and it must be all in the same purchase and altogether no more than two full cards worth of punches.
8) Can't steal anyone else's points - if you even try, you will be reported and banned form my journal.
9) Unfortunately, you can't earn any punch points for pre-order items, unless the item total exceeds 650 items, (You can still get the punch for the feedback and the referral thing, just not the $ amount thing), or unless you donate to this months charity box with $5 or more, or you buy at least $30 worth of items that are in stock as well.
10) BUYING POINTS FROM DELETED OR PURGED JOURNALS: If a person on the list of punch-points has purged their journal (you can see because their name is crossed out) then you are allowed to "buy" their points. Either add an extra $1 to your order or donate at least $6 to this months charity box. You are not just buying the point, but also the card that I made for them. You have to tell me that you are buying someone's points, and there has to be a name that is crossed out on the list.
11) Those who have left me feedback before the date of August 25th, 2009 will all get one point per feedback and they have had their cards started by now (again, check the transaction page!).

*I have the right to change the rules if I come into a million problems with this system.

The Point-Punch Card system sounds great!
*It is! =*v*=

When can I start?
*Right now! In fact, you may already have one! (remember, check the transaction page!) >_>

Awesome! I can see how many points I have on the Transaction page!
*... yep. o_o;

Hey, I heard you give 100% of your profits to charity, is that really true?
*Yes, it's really true. In this case, it's about .01 per pre-order item - sometimes more for in-stock items.
*If you want to, you can let me know if you want to donate something. Anything is great, like money is the first most helpful thing, and then kawaii stationary if you don't mind me reselling it (for charity). I won't ask you to donate anything, that's just something you can decide for yourself. (Plus, if you donate something you'll not only be helping animals, but you'd also get some add space, and you'd get an extra point-punch for every $5 worth of $$ or stuff!)

I have a question that wasn't written about in the FAQ...
So you read the entire FAQ, which is awesome! But didn't find the answer to your question, what a bummer! Just remember, I'm not likely to bite you head off so feel free to ask! I'd much rather you ask a question, get all the answers you need, and he a happy little bunny before you post your order form, because that way we are all happy little bunnies in the end. =:3

Cool.... Can I order yet?
*Yes! :D

*PLEASE ONLY HAVE ONE ORDER FORM! If you forgot how to make an order form, please scroll back up to the top of the page.
